Lakeside RV Park maintains a strict no-refund policy on rent, fees, deposits, unused stays, early departures, evictions, or removals from the property.

Payments are due in advance or upon arrival.

Cash payments may be placed in the drop box located outside and the laundry room, and checks can be made payable to G Family 77 Company.

Monthly Rent is due on the 1st or 15th of the month based on your arrival date; prorating will apply.
Weekly Rent is due on Mondays; prorating will be also apply.

 All card payments will include 1.5% processing fee.

Maximum of two vehicles per site; do not park on empty sites.

Maximum guests per site: 5 (2 adults + 3 children). Fees may applies per additional guest.

Sites must be kept neat and clean.

No appliances outside. Fees may apply if the groundskeeper must clean before mowing.

Dispose of cigarettes and debris properly.

Mowing

Mowing is performed weekly. Please move outdoor items from grassy areas to avoid damage. Management is not responsible for items left in mowing areas.

Guests should notify management prior to moving out to avoid additional charges or confusion regarding occupancy status.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times with the owner on the other side.

 
Fences permitted up to 4 ft tall; cannot wrap around the RV.  

Clean up after pets; dog waste dispensers and a dog park are available.

Dogs may not be left tied outside; no electronic leashes.

Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM. Be respectful at all times.

Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park.

Please be respectful of other residents and shared spaces such as the laundry room, restroom, and common areas.

Remove all personal items when finished using a space.

Clean up after yourself in all areas of the park.

Swimming: Not permitted.

Guests are responsible for the conduct, safety, supervision, and actions of all occupants, children, visitors, and pets associated with their site. Any damages, disturbances, injuries, violations of park rules, or additional fees caused by guests or visitors will be the responsibility of the registered guest.

Guests stay at Lakeside RV Park at their own risk. Lakeside RV Park, its owners, management, and staff are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, injuries, weather-related damage, utility interruptions, vandalism, or damage to RVs, vehicles, or personal property caused by guests, visitors, animals, natural events, or circumstances beyond management’s control. Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their RVs, vehicles, and personal property.

3-day grace period from rent due date.

After 3 days: $50 late fee

After 7 days: additional $50 late fee

After 10 days: eviction notice served; $250 fine in addition to prior late fees

After eviction notice, 3 days to pay all fees. Failure to pay will result in legal action.

A $50 reservation deposit may be required to hold or reserve a site, especially during periods of full occupancy.

The Deposit will reserve the space for up to 30 days from the date the deposit is received. After 30 days, the reservation deposit may be forfeited unless other arrangements have been approved by management.

The $50 deposit will be applied toward the guest’s first rent payment upon arrival.

If the guest fails to arrive or cancels, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Trash pickup is every Wednesday.

Dispose of trash  properly.

Pick up any spills, debris, or pet waste immediately.

Please place trash in designated containers only and help keep the park clean by not leaving loose trash or debris outside overnight.

Republic will not pick up anything outside of dumpsters please do not leave anything outside of dumpster

All packages can be found in the Mail Room/Laundry Room located at the building across from dumpster

One bathroom with a shower is available for guest use and is located in the same building as the laundry room and mail room.

Facility Rules:

• Please remove all personal belongings after use. Lakeside RV Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

• Clean up after yourself and leave the facility in the same condition you found it.

• Dispose of all trash properly.

• Please report any maintenance issues, leaks, or damage to management.

• Be respectful of other guests and limit shower times during busy periods.

• Do not leave clothing, towels, toiletries, or other personal items in the facility.

• Children must be supervised by an adult.

• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited inside the facility.

• Please turn off lights and ensure doors are closed when leaving.
