Park Policies

  • Payment Terms

    All payments are due in advance or upon arrival.

    Monthly rent is due on the 1st or 15th of the month based on your arrival date; prorating may apply.

    Weekly rent is due on Mondays; prorating may apply.

    All card payments include a 1.5% processing fee.

  • A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per site. Vehicles may not be parked on empty or unassigned sites.

    Maximum occupancy is 5 guests per site (2 adults + 3 children). Additional guest fees may apply.

    Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times. Outside appliances are not permitted, and guests are responsible for properly disposing of trash, cigarette butts, and debris.

    Cleanup or damage fees may apply when additional maintenance or cleaning is required due to a guest, occupant, or visitor.

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside the RV, with the owner present and in control of the animal. Electronic leashes are not permitted.

    Pets may not be left tied or unattended outside the RV. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

    Pet fences are permitted up to 4 feet tall but may not completely wrap around the RV.

    Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pets and for any damage, disturbances, or additional fees caused by them.

  • Quiet hours are from 9 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and park property at all times.

    The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

    Swimming in the lake is not permitted.

    Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children.

  • A 3-day grace period is provided after the rent due date.

    After 3 days, a $50 late fee will be applied. An additional $50 late fee will be applied after 7 days.

    After 10 days, an eviction notice may be issued along with a $250 fee, in addition to any outstanding rent and prior late fees.

    Once an eviction notice is issued, all outstanding balances must be paid within 3 days to avoid further action.

  • Guests stay at Lakeside RV Park at their own risk and are responsible for their RV, vehicles, personal belongings, pets, children, and visitors.

    Lakeside RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, weather-related damage, utility interruptions, vandalism, or damage to RVs, vehicles, or personal property.

    Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their RV, vehicles, and personal belongings.

Liability & Guest Responsibility

Guests assume the risks associated with staying in an outdoor RV park environment, including risks related to weather, insects, animals, recreational activities, and other natural conditions.

Lakeside RV Park, its owners, agents, and employees are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to RVs, vehicles, personal belongings, or other property resulting from these risks or circumstances beyond the park's control.

Guests are responsible for themselves, their children, visitors, pets, vehicles, RVs, and personal property while on park grounds. All guests and visitors are expected to follow park rules and conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others.

Management reserves the right to require any guest or visitor who violates park rules or whose conduct is disruptive or objectionable to leave the property.

All payments, deposits, fees, and unused portions of a stay are non-refundable.

Lakeside RV Park reserves the right to update or modify rates, policies, rules, and regulations as needed.
